How do I become a Certified Member ?
We provide business certification service which is fully optional.
If you wish to certify your business,

Step 1) Login, and click on "Certification"
Step 2) Fill in the details, and make a payment of $20
Step 3) We will upgrade your account within a few hours.

We will then change your status to certified.
Again, we wish to emphasize that certification is optional. Without certification you will still enjoy the privilege of posting an
announcement for free.

What is the extra benefits of being a ViewMemo certified member ?
Certified members will have their "Company Name" and "Company Profile" displayed on their profile page

This badge is only available for certified members.
First login, then click on "Certification" button.
You will see a few lines of html code.
Copy those lines of code, and paste them on your website.

Why do you charge a one time $20 fee to certify my business ?
Registration and Posting of announcements is free because it is an automated process.
However, to verify each and every "business license" it requires a lot of hard manual labor work by our administrators.
Therefore, we charge just a small fee to compensate their efforts.

Can I share my account with another company?
No, you are not allowed to share your account with another different company.
This is to prevent stolen accounts.

What type of announcement is not allowed ?
We strictly do NOT allow porn, warez, nudity, gambling, vice activities or adult related items.
If you go against this rules, we reserve the right to delete your account with or without a warning letter.

How to edit my announcement ?
Unfortunately, at this moment in time ViewMemo does not have an edit feature.
You can however delete that announcement, and create a new one.

I forgot my password ?
Click on "Login", and click on "Forgot password link"
Enter in your email, and a link will be sent to reset your password.

Does ViewMemo store information about my credit cards ?
ViewMemo does NOT store any information about credit cards.
This is because, all credit cards and finance related transactions is handled by a 3rd party company which is Paypal.com
